Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Miyapur Wellness Spa collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, who else is involved, and what choices you have. We have tried to describe exactly how the site actually works rather than list things that do not apply to us.

1. Who we are

Miyapur Wellness Spa is a day spa operating at Shop No. 2B, Second Floor, Jayabharathi's Kalpana, Survey No. 44/1, 50 & 51, Miyapur, Hyderabad, TS – 500049. For anything relating to this policy or to information we hold about you, contact us on +91 95151 10550 or info@miyapurwellnessspa.com.

2. Information you give us

Our enquiry form and booking form ask for some or all of the following:

• Your name
• Your mobile number
• Your email address (optional)
• The treatment you are interested in and session length
• Your preferred date and time
• Therapist preference
• Any message, special request or area of muscle tension you choose to describe

How that information reaches us matters. This website has no server or database of its own. When you submit the enquiry or booking form, the details you typed are assembled into a WhatsApp message and WhatsApp opens on your device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we never receive it. We do not store form data on this website.

3. Information collected automatically

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard technical request data in server logs, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. This is used for security and to keep the site running. We do not use it to identify you personally.

At the time of writing we do not run any analytics, advertising or tracking product on this site. If we add one, we will update this policy and state which service it is.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not set its own cookies and does not store anything in your browser's local storage. However, content we embed from other companies can set cookies or receive technical data from your browser:

• Google Maps — the map showing our location is an embedded Google frame. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when it loads.
• Google Fonts — our typefaces load from Google's servers, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may stop the embedded map from displaying correctly.

5. Calls, WhatsApp and social media

When you call us, message us on WhatsApp, or message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive whatever you send, along with your phone number or profile name. Those conversations sit inside those platforms as well as on our business phone. WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook are operated by Meta, and their own privacy terms govern how they handle your data. We are not able to control that.

Please do not send card numbers, bank details, passwords or identity documents over WhatsApp or any other message. We never ask for them.

6. Health information

Before a treatment we may ask about injuries, pregnancy, allergies, skin conditions or medical conditions, because some treatments are not suitable in those circumstances. If you share that with us, in person or in a message, we use it only to decide whether a treatment is appropriate and to tailor the session. We do not ask for medical records through this website, and our therapists do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

7. What we do not collect

• No payments are taken on this website, so we never receive card or UPI details through it.
• There are no user accounts, logins or passwords on this site.
• We do not buy contact lists, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

8. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry
• To confirm, reschedule or cancel an appointment
• To assign a suitable therapist and prepare the treatment room
• To keep a record of your visits so we can serve you better next time
• To send you offers or updates, only if you have asked us to
• To meet a legal or regulatory obligation, if one applies

9. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. It is shared only:

• With our own therapists and reception staff, to deliver your treatment
• With the service providers described above (Meta for WhatsApp, Google for maps and fonts, Vercel for hosting), to the extent their service requires
• Where we are required to by law, a court, or a government authority

10. How long we keep it

WhatsApp conversations and booking notes stay on our business phone and records for as long as needed to manage your appointments and keep ordinary business records, after which they are deleted. Hosting logs are retained by Vercel under its own retention periods. You can ask us to delete what we hold at any time, as described below.

11. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable Indian data protection law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your details from our records
• Stop sending you promotional messages
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave

Write to info@miyapurwellnessspa.com or call +91 95151 10550 and we will act on it within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm your identity first, so that nobody else can request your information.

12. Children

Our treatments are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18 through this website. If you believe a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will remove them.

13. Security

We take reasonable care with the information we hold and limit access to staff who need it. No website or messaging service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use your judgement about what you send us in a message.

14. Links to other websites

This site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links you are on their platform and their privacy terms apply, not ours.

15. Changes to this policy

If how we handle information changes, for example if we add analytics or start taking online payments, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
